Shipping policy

Local Shipping (UAE)
- Orders within Dubai: same-day delivery (for orders placed before 2 PM) via Quiqup.
- Orders outside Dubai (within UAE): delivered the next working day.
- Delivery charges will appear at checkout and vary by location.

International Shipping
- Shipped via Aramex within 3–5 business days.
- International delivery times may vary based on customs clearance.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of confirmation. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email.

Shipping Costs
ELEVENISH does not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
