Refund policy

We hope you love your ELEVENISH purchase. However, if you change your mind, we accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Return
Items must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and with original tags and packaging.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Jewelry
- Beauty products
- Custom-made or personalized pieces
- Items that have been altered upon customer request

Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact our customer care team at info@elevenish.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Once approved, you may return the item at your own shipping cost using a reliable courier service.
- For local orders, we can arrange a return pickup through our partner couriers (fee applies).

Refunds
- Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method (Stripe, Tabby, or Tamara).
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes our quality check.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt for immediate assistance.
